Admission School 2025/2026

Dear Parents,

We are pleased about your interest in our school and would like to introduce you to the admission process.

Steps in the Admission Process:

1. Online Registration

You can register your child online at the following link: online registration

After successful registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation. The school office will then contact you for the submission of the latest report card.

2. Trial Days and Admission Test

School Level	Test Requirements
Primary School (Grades 1 – 6)	Placement test in German and Mathematics
Secondary School (Grades 7 – 10)	Placement test in German, Mathematics, and English
Upper Level / GIB (Grades 11 & 12)	Refer to our IB Admission Policy
Students from Abroad	Additional tests in relevant national subjects

Fees:

Service	Cost
Trial Days (3 days)	1,500 EGP
Admission Tests	1,000 EGP
Total	2,500 EGP

Payment can be made online or at the school office on the test day. Fees are non-refundable.

3. Parent Meeting

After the trial days, you will receive an invitation for a parent meeting. If you are still abroad, the meeting can be conducted online.

4. Decision and Notification

The school management makes the final decision. You will be informed via email along with:

Current fee schedule
Required documents for enrollment
Further organizational steps

If the classes are full, your child will be placed on a waiting list and notified upon availability.

School Tours

We offer school tours on the first Thursday of every month at 2:30 PM.
