Admission 2027/2028
Dear Parents,
We are pleased about your interest in our school and would like to introduce you to the admission process.
Steps in the Admission Process:

1. Online Registration
Please click the button below to open and fill out the online registration form.
After successful registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation. The school office will then contact you for the submission of the latest report card.
2. Trial Days and Admission Test

The school office will inform you via email about the date of the admission test and the detailed procedure.
Fees:

The fee is non-refundable.
3. Parent Meeting
After the trial days, you will receive an invitation for a parent meeting. If you are still abroad, the meeting can be conducted online.
4. Decision and Notification
The school management makes the final decision. You will be informed via email along with:
- Current fee schedule
- Required documents for enrollment
- Further organizational steps
If the classes are full, your child will be placed on a waiting list and notified upon availability.

Kindergarten Admission 2027/2028

We are delighted about your interest in the kindergarten at Rahn Schools Cairo! Here is the admission procedure for the 2027/2028 school year.

Steps in the Admission Process
- Online application
- Invitation to a trial day, online payment and attendance at the trial day
- Parent interview with the kindergarten management
- Recommendation to the school management
- Notification of admission or rejection by the school management
1. Online Application
You can apply online for your son or daughter.
Required Age by 31 August 2027

2. Invitation to a Trial Day
The school office will invite your child to a trial day at our kindergarten approximately 10 days in advance. You will then have time to pay the fee online.
The registration fee for the trial day is EGP 5,000. Payment must reach us no later than 3 days before the trial day. Please send the payment receipt to the school office. This fee is non-refundable regardless of the trial day’s outcome.
The trial day usually runs from 08:30 to 12:00. Several children are invited on the same day so that each child can experience the group. We assess social skills, gross and fine motor skills, age-appropriate behaviour and language development.
3. Parent Interview with the Kindergarten Management
After the trial day, families without sibling children will receive a further invitation to a personal parent interview with the kindergarten management.
4. Recommendation to the School Management
The results of the trial day and the parent interview are submitted to the school management, which makes a recommendation for admission.
5. Notification of Admission or Rejection
Following the school management’s recommendation, you will receive notification of admission or rejection of your application.

Late Applications
Applications received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list. If the respective classes have capacity, you will hear from us between 14 April and 9 May 2027 with an invitation to a trial day for your child. Being on the waiting list does not guarantee admission to our kindergarten.
Documents Required upon Acceptance
- Child’s original birth certificate
- 12 colour passport photos
- First and last names of both parents or legal guardians, with copies of their identification documents
- Custody decision, if applicable
- Current address, email address and telephone numbers
- Medical documents concerning allergies or illnesses, if applicable
- Copy of the child’s vaccination certificate
- Passport copy
