In order to be able to organize the first day of school in the best possible way for everyone and to strive for a smooth process, we would like to draw your attention to some information. We kindly ask you to heed the information provided.

Two entrances will be open when the school starts. These are identified by means of signs. The 1st entrance is intended for all students in grades 1 to 12. Teachers and administrative staff should use the main entrance. The 2nd entrance is intended for our kindergarten. This is where daycare parents and daycare employees enter. You will receive further information on admission in a separate email with all relevant Corana measures attached.

Due to construction work outside of our school, we have to inform you about the current parking situation. It is currently not permitted to park in front of our school. You are welcome to let your children out in front of the entrance. We also point out that accumulations due to Corona should be avoided and will only have a disruptive effect on the planned start of school.

An exception applies to daycare parents who accompany their children to get used to the building. We ask these parents to use the designated parking spaces, which are marked. But also for them, the request to avoid accumulations applies.

We would like to point out that the presence of parents in the school building and on the school premises (with the exception of the kindergarten) is not permitted for safety and health reasons. We ask you to adhere to this and help us to keep our students safe. In October the school opens Organize discussions with parents in the classrooms and conduct a school tour for parents who are interested in the new school building.

The class teacher issues the textbooks. Your children will receive a receipt for the books. Please note: It is necessary that you sign this confirmation and forward it to the class teacher.

We would like to point out that the 1st graders only start their school year with the school enrollment party on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. The children and parents of class 1 have already received the invitation to the school enrollment party.

For security reasons, we must particularly draw your attention to compliance with the pick-up times for your child. Since school closes at 2:30 p.m., no care can be provided for your children after 3 p.m. We therefore urge you to comply with it. In the event of a violation, we are unfortunately forced to charge a fee. Please note our updated timetable in the appendix.
