Recently the students of the 5th grade gained their first experiences in our laboratory and prepared a scientific experiment protocol.

In the experiment they studied the anomaly of water as well as the three states of water. In the process, the students used a liquid thermometer for the first time and read the temperature at eye level. This is highly significant, as it teaches the students the first basic skills for later chemistry lessons. There are certainly other basic techniques they learn in later lessons that will help them in school subjects such like biology and physics.

The safety instruction was completed as well. We look forward to more trials and experiments in the coming weeks!
